Encrypted connection is established on Intercom, Speed-Dial or Phone Call

  • Call recording is created as mp3 file and stored on HA voice recording storage.
  • The Admin Portal receives connection metadata (preliminary Call Detail Record (CDR)) is logged for compliance administrators.
  • The Admin Portal begins tracking connection & scheduling recording processing tasks.

Every 15 minutes a connection is active

  • The Admin Portal gets recording file, re-encrypt and put to recording archival storage.
  • The Admin Portal updates connection metadata record (Call Detail Record (CDR)) for compliance administrator search capabilities.
  • The Admin Portal transmit recording and metadata to 3rd party or client retention system.
  • Repeat until connection ends.

Upon connection ending

  • The Admin Portal receives notification and connection is logged for compliance administrator search capabilities.
  • Create final mp3 file, re-encrypt and put to recording archival storage.
  • The Admin Portal verifies successful transmission to recording archival storage.
  • The Admin Portal transmits recording and metadata to 3rd party or client recording retention system.
