We’re Hiring

GreenKey is currently hiring Customer Engineers to help deploy and support our unique technology in customer cloud environments; to build and troubleshoot our non-production web applications; and to help develop tools and processes to streamline our customer experience.

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Basic front-end development skills (JS, HTML5, CSS)
  • Ability to troubleshoot across our stack in a cloud environment
  • Can follow processes accurately, help improve those processes
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Outstanding customer facing skills (primarily email)
What You Will Learn
  • DevOps skills and technologies: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, logging, alerting, monitoring
  • Our unique speech recognition and NLP technology
  • Deeper front-end development skills
  • Customer Success skills
What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you will:

  • Dive into the financial and emergency services domains
  • Build and deploy all our software in a test cloud environment
  • Learn basic DevOps skills across our stack

After six months on the job, you will:

  • Deploy our software onto customer private clouds
  • Own our customer facing technical documentation site
  • Suggest improvements to our project plans and support processes

One year in, you will:

  • Own our customer technical support processes
  • Have built or contributed to major demo web apps (React.js, Electron)
  • Learn how to build and operate effective observability systems (logging, alerting, metrics)
  • Make an impact on the direction of GreenKey
