GK News
May 2019
GK spent the first quarter of 2019 focused on solving three major problems for sales and trading desks:
  • Voice populating forms for faster entry; typically these are trade tickets or CRM tools
  • Harvesting “product mentions” from real-time phone calls and IPC turret conversations
  • Generating customer insights and performance metrics from chat data or audio files
GK’s mission is to unlock value and efficiency by discovering hidden insights and automating tedious tasks, especially those that hinge on complex jargon and real-time accuracy.

What began as a speech recognition platform, Scribe, and a natural language processing (NLP) engine, Discovery, has evolved to become a world-class artificial intelligence platform used to glean the comprehensive customer and market insights, as well as employee performance metrics, that can be found across voice and chat. Please reach out for a full demonstration of GK’s capabilities!
