In the past month, I’ve had the pleasure of traveling the world with Verint and its partners talking about financial compliance. I presented keynote speeches in NYC and Toronto and participated as a panelist in NYC and Zurich, all focused on GreenKey’s partnership with Verint and the future of voice in finance and compliance. And at the Singapore event, more than 10,000 attendees visited the Verint booth, where GreenKey was a featured member.
Transcription and speech recognition has been a featured topic in all the conversations and panels. Each one has been full of lively discussion, focused on the state of regulations and how real-time voice transcription can factor into the decision process of how the majority of financial institutions handle compliance.
With each new city visited, we encountered a host of customers and use cases that were previously unexplored, including form population for Insurance and Wealth Management teams, as well as supporting additional analytics on retail and sales call centers.
Further, there’s been great collaboration between all the various roadshow partners, and we now have joint demonstrations ongoing with Verint, SteelEye and ComitFS. We’re cooking up some great ways to partner with these companies in the future.
Coming up, I’ll be joining Verint in London and then Copenhagen. If you’re nearby, make sure to register and say hello!
