Recording rules get amended, retention periods are extended, and a figure for recognition accuracy can age within a year. If a page has something wrong, say which page, which sentence, and where the right version is published. A regulator’s text, a rulebook or a peer-reviewed paper settles a point faster than anything else. When the source bears the correction out, the page is changed and keeps its original date.
Some messages cannot be answered usefully. Floor Noise sells no software, arranges no demonstrations and has no sales contact to pass a request to. It cannot fetch a recording of a call made to a broker. That request goes to the firm itself, which in the European Union has to provide the record to the client concerned. It also cannot assess a trading dispute or recommend a transcription vendor.
Nothing on the site takes messages through a form. Mail sent here is read by a person, and answers can be slow. What becomes of a correspondent’s address is explained under Privacy.
